A founding member and a member of council of elders of the NPP Capt. Rtd. Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamaklo has boldly stated that he will decline appointment from Nana Addo government if he is offered one. Instead, he will advise the president on what to do to make the country a better place for the ordinary citizens.

“Appointing leaders they in and day out is not what is going to solve the problems in the nation. All what you need to do is to sit and look at all the problems that the country is facing that is making the citizens and the youth to Strick on a demonstration for the country to be Fixed.

The former Greater Accra regional minister was speaking with Mugabe Mase on TV xyz yesterday monitored by hitymegh. Dr. Tamaklo was answering a question from the host if he will accept any appointment from the current administration if he is offered one. He said he doesn’t believe Nana Addo as he knows him now will consider giving him an appointment. He added that he won’t even take it seriously if such an information reaches him.

All information that are being stated to the president do reaches him, but he does not take them serious. All those information on the social media, he does read them but yet he does nothing about it.

“But if the president invites me to a round table discussion and puts the offer before me, I will advise him to do A, B, C to make the country a better place instead of accepting the offer” he stated.

He said the last time he met the president was almost five years ago during a football match at Accra sports stadium. He admitted they didn’t speak to each other though he was sure the president saw him from a distance.

On the matter of president Kuffour saying Dr. Kwame Nkrumah was not a visionary leader, Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamaklo said he doesn’t believe President Kuffour will make such a statement. He requested for the audio to listen before reacting.

To opposition parties in Ghana, Dr. Tamaklo thinks they seem not to be fighting a common cause.
